Frequently Asked Questions
You get 1 product video per product promo each month. For example, if doTERRA has 3 promotions that month (Product of the Month, a 10% off sale product, and an exclusive free product at 200pv), you would receive 3 videos total.
Elite members receive 2-3 videos in different styles for each monthly product promotion. Using the same example above, that could mean 6-9 videos per month, giving you more variety to rotate throughout the month.
New monthly videos are posted by the end of the 1st of each month. In rare cases, unforeseen technical issues may cause a brief delay, but the goal is always to have your videos ready on day one so you can start posting immediately.
When doTERRA announces a mid-month promotion or BOGO, Standard tier members will receive one video for that promotion and Elite tier members will receive two to three videos. These will be delivered by the promotion date whenever possible, depending on how much advance notice doTERRA provides. Larger BOGO events may also be offered as separate specialty packages, announced inside the community.
Holiday brochure products are not included in the Standard or Elite tiers. Separate holiday packages will be available as they are announced. You will be notified inside the AmplifAI Video Studio community when those become available.
Yes. The plan is to continue expanding the video library with additional packages, including the full custom product library covering all doTERRA products. As new packages launch, you will be notified inside the AmplifAI Video Studio community.
Yes. Cancel your current tier, then purchase the new tier. Note: there is no automated proration between the two separate tiers.
